New body shop glitch!!!

I did 2 orders on different emails. My emails do not say 1 or 0 next to them on the order history I remember it used to say that but it has changed. Looked at the UPS tracking and one says package is 15kg the other says 3kg. Would have thought the 2 gift boxes and shower gel wouldn't exceed 3kg let alone be 15kg. How curious. What do you think I will get?

Last time they came blank but with expiry date on them.

I did 3 orders all on same account with same email address and payment card, one to be delivered to my mum and 2 to me, it did not ask for any lyb card details like dob or the name it will be in. I wondered whether they took your details when you first use it in store, which would enable lyb cards to be given as gifts?

This is the email that was sent to me! so it says 4 items, but only the shower gel & card have been sent ....

I hope so. I have exam at 9am so probably will stay up all night and check every 15min

My despatch email only listed the items that I was getting , the ones that they didnt send were still listed on my order when I logged into my online account but they had 0 next to the quantity there?
Your confirmation email that you get when you order will give all the items that youve been able to order, is it the confirmation one that youre looking at or the despatch email?

So was this the email you got when you ordered? Their stock supply system obviously doesnt update quickly enough so some people have been able to order items but it is only when they are shipped that TBS find they dont have the stock so some of the items aren't sent, even though your confirmation email showed that they have been ordered, hth.

Or it might just be an error on Body shops part? I would look at your online account and whatever they are showing as sent there is likely to be correct?
