Hey Shoesie, an even more MSE way is to join (at no cost) sparkpeople dot com which is a great site for weight loss trackers / recipes / information AND it has so many fitness videos you never get bored. Although its a US site, there are lots of UK members. I've found it brillant for tracking my carb / calorie / fibre / protein intake. In the past I'd buy DVDs and the only exercise they spurred me on to was unwrapping them, lol.
Give it a go, and see what you think.

Not heard anything from my interview so have given up hope now - was very down about it yesterday! Didn't go to the gym, ate pizza - and was in bed for 8.30!
Fresh head back on today! Need to do some serious thinking about what I do next? Do I keep looking for the right role - and how long will this take in a not too good job market? Or do I look at moving nearer to work to cut my commute time and cost wise? Is there any way to develop my role here? I think the first step is to request a meeting with my boss next week
A few cards and treats at work today as I'm off tomorrow and a meal out with my team tonight. Looking forward to my 'birthday weekend' - I always like to stretch it out as much as possible! Day off tomorrow - a few errands to do including returning some of the weekends excess shopping, then getting my nails done and have chores to do at home as have people staying at the weekend. Would like to fit the gym in too as I have been a bit lax this week - and will need to counter the weekend's planned excesses!
Just chased my mobile phone payment - sent it over a week ago and not recieved payment yet! £42 that can go straight to debt

Have a great birthday weekend ShoeGal. It sounds like you've had a trying week, but you're doing really well to push through it.0

Had the call to say I didn't get to the next stage with the interview
. Did get some positive feedback though, and some food for thought!

Good night out with my team on Thursday night although the food was not good! However they didn't charge most of the bill so only paid £8 for my share - MSE night by default!!!;). And perfume for my birthday!
Enjoyed my day off yesterday, got my nails, toes and eyebrows done and went for a subbed so a bit of a pamper day. Took some of last week's excess shopping back though I think there is still more to go back - really want to stick to my plan of only buying and wearing things I love! Off to the hairdressers soon, another treat (spending has been very naughty this month!) then it will be time to get ready for my night out
Another pound lost this week which I am happy with as it's been a mixed week food wise, and I've only been to the gym once!
