    Hi,
I thought I wasn't progressing well despite boot camp and Zumba. Until I had to run up the steps to an Easyjet flight with a 10k bag, and I wasn't breathless! Result. Keep up the good work. And decorating is good upper body exercise.

Fab! It's great when something like that happens and you can see that you've made progress :D

Last night was fun! Need to keep telling myself it's just friends though! Decorating got done but eating was bad, with sweets and chocolate, and then wine! :o

Need to get my head down at work today. Then it's gym tonight and then home to research and prepare for my interview tomorrow

And the handbag fund is up to £40 :)

Interview seemed to go well, very informal so hard to tell how I did! Should hear whether I'm through to the next stage early next week. Sounds like an amazing role so fingers crossed!

Eating was terrible yesterday :o - must have been interview stress! Need to get back on track over the weekend and get some exercise

Drinks with TM after work and then I plan to shop tomorrow for something to wear for my birthday next weekend :)

And the handbag fund is up to £45! :D

Drinks with TM after work on Friday, cleared the air a bit (elephant in the room style) so feeling OK about that

Weekend has been about gym and shopping! Gym on both days, am sticking to my running training plan. Shopping was good but spendy! Got shoes and a jacket, and a lip gloss with vouchers so no spend there but also bought size 12 skinny jeans :j:j in 3 different styles! Was so excited to fit into them I think I got a bit carried away! Some need to go back plus a couple of tops I don't feel are quite right! New jamas too so probably end up spending about £150 overall so not too bad and I haven't been that spendy recently so a girl needs a few treats! :) Still need to plan my outfits for the next few weeks as I have a few things on. Not done any chores type stuff so a few busy evenings this week I think getting ready for my birthday at the weekend!

Lost another pound last week and the handbag fund is up to £60! :)

Slow day yesterday but I went to the gym after work. I am starting to feel more toned now so am making an effort with my outfits (we have a casual dress code where I work so it's easy to get comfy!) Today is a black top, black straight trousers and nude ballet flats, with my trench coat over - am channelling Audrey Hepburn, who I adore . Have swopped my nude bag over to my black one for Winter - still love my Pippa bags :). The handbag fund is for a tan Michael Kors!

Not heard anything yet from Friday's interview - fingers crossed that I will hear something today!

Have my plans sorted for my birthday outing on Saturday - afternoon tea with all my friends then into town for some bubbles and cocktails :D

Have ordered a 10 minute weights DVD which should arrive today, am planning to do it in the mornings to add toning to my gym workouts (I don't really like doing weights in the gym - too many grunting men! - and I can't always get to Body Pump classes). Definately need to work on my morning routines - I am not a morning person but I really want to take advantage of our flexi start times so I can finsih earlier, dawdling in the mornings is just dead time really :o

Gym after work tonight and then a sunbed. A few chores this evening and I want to do a facepack - my skin is not great at the moment!
