Another lazy day but have kept on track with eating, and not been out so not spent anything!
My watch had arrived but they've sent the wrong one! The last three things I've ordered from Amazon they have sent the wrong thing! Not impressed! :mad:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
More productive day on Monday! Got my car valeted (I'm with Lula when it comes to washing my car - £10 well spent for somebody else to it!). Did some cleaning and washing and a few other jobs around the flat
I've lost another pound, 6 in total nowWould like to lose another one by next weekend to get my half stone before I go on holiday
Couple of busy work days as I'm off on Friday, then a busy week next week before my holiday
Sent my watch back so hopefully the replacement will arrive tomorrow. Have ordered £30 Amazon vouchers to get the weird bulb thing for the ensuite light fitting (which you don't seem to be able to get anywhere else!) and to top up my Kindle for my holiday
Went for a sunbed, and intend to go again tonight. It's all about being 'the best version of me', I'm mostly concentrating on looks/image to start with to give my confidence a boost and will then start looking at other areas of my lifeSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Lovely weekend - a bit spendy and loads of food and drink! - and now only 5 sleeps to hols! :j
Spent the weekend in London, a mooch round the posh shops on Friday and then a lovely dinner, rugby Cup Final on Saturday and a lovely 'tourist' day on SundaySpend was budgeted, will just have to find £75 to pay for my train ticket when the bill comes in next month
Diet has gone out of the window, scales were showing 3lbs on this morning! Hoping to shift that again before I go away, hopefully it's just the excesses of the weekend!
The strange, intermittent fault on my car seems OK at the moment and have ordered my car tax this morning (budgeted for!) Although I still have debts to pay off I am managing to keep to my targets of saving for things like car tax and MOT, and for holidays and it feels great to be organised in this way
Will be busy at work this week as I am off next week and loads of holiday stuff to do - just about to write a master list! I have topped up my Kindle with 3 books (using Amazon vouchers!) so that's my first job crossed off!
Really didn't want to come into woprk this morning, glad it's only a 4 day week. I really think it's tiem for a move, possibly sideways as the job market doesn't look to good in my field. I'm back!
Hols were great, had a really relaxing time, lots of eating and drinking and quite a nice tan. Plenty of thinking time too so now it's time to really be 'the best version of me'!
Got off to a good start over the weekend, went to Body Pump yesterday, have done all my holiday washing and did some tidying up too. Have eaten well over the weekend and an am pleased that there is no additonal weight gain from my holiday! So time to get really on track with the dieting, and get into an exercise routine. And of course, catching up with some TV!
Back at work today and I am determined to be positive about that too. I have a couple of projects to work on and I want to do a really good job with them. I realise that I have been coasting recently so I want to refocus at work, and treat it as a new job. Got in early this morning, which means an earlier finish, and I like to make a habit of this. Gives me a longer evening - and time to exercise! Longer term I am ready for a move so I also have plans about revamping my CV, updating my LinkedIn profile and doing some networking.
Goals today;- Get all my work up-to-date (the dreaded post holiday email mountain!)
- Look at some gym/exercise options
- Eat well
- Redeem some Nectar points for Amazon (my Kindle is empty after the holiday reading!) and renew my Marie Claire subscription)

Busy week! I achieved the goals I set on Monday, and having a busy work week. Eating was a bit naughty on Tuesday - I had carb and sweet cravings, but overall not too bad. Did a gym session after work last night, which I really enjoyed. I am tempted to do either a 6 week or 3 month membership which they offer and see how I go. It's near where I work so hopefully I'm more likely to go on my way home
Nothing much planned for the weekend. Am seeing a friend on Sunday afternoon, otherwise I intend to do some exercise and continue with some tidying/decluttering in my apartment
Got my Amazon voucher so have ordered some earrings and a DVD, with some change left to top up my kindle when I need toSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

Monday seems to have come around really quickly! Had a good weekend - tried to run on Saturday morning, let's just say there is a lot of work to do there! I have now officially signed up for the event and set up a fundraising page, so no going back now!
Using an idea from one of my (many) maagzines I have set up a mood board at home with some inspiring stuff on it alongside my training plan. I have pre-paid 6 weeks at the gym to get me started, and did a class yesterday. I've also bought a kettle bell (using Nectar points) to train at home
Have done some more tidying up in my apartment, set up the mood board, bought some frames for some pictures I bought in London a few weeks ago and went for a sunbed - so quite a productive weekend overall
I had some friends round for drinks on Saturday, and I am going out for dinner with a friend tonight
And I've lost 2lbs!
My plams this week are:- 3 exercise sessions
- eat well to lose at least another pound
- stick to a skincare routine
- make plans for my birthday!

Gone a bit off track in the last week as I've not been feeling too well but feeling better today so need to get back on track. Had a quiet weekend and haven't done any exercise for a week
. Had a couple of nights out with friends last week so it was good to catch up!
Lost another pound so I'm still heading in the right direction!
Payday on Friday and this month has not been too bad! Lots on in October as it''s my birthday so need to do some planning!
Used Nectar points for a new gym top and some gloves for Body Pump - and another iphone cover! I am going to save my Nectar points for a Michael Kors handbag instead of buying lots of bits and pieces. It's £195 - and I've got £17 so far :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I have a phone to sell, a change jar to cash in - so a few things to get organised!
I am busy at work at the moment but in a good way so am feeling quite settled on that front
Plans for the rest of today are work, 2 hours on my work project, then the gym and healthy eating - followed by an early night!Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0
