Busy day at work today as I am off for a long weekend - not back in until Tuesday!

Car service tomorrow (fingers crossed they don't find anything!) and a little retail therapy for some holiday bits. Don't need much really and want to keep spending down as there won't be much opportunity to wear anything Summery now! Need some make up bits and some sun tan lotion

Nothing else much planned for the weekend although, in light of my diary title, a house blitz is well over due. And some exercise too! Would like to get a couple more pounds off before I go away to take me to a half stone loss. Have been good with food so far this week but no exercise!

    Hi ShoeGal

Lovely new diary, nearly missed it as I've been AWOL at a great site I've found for weightloss, and it's MSE cos it's free. wubblu Sparkpeople com ... hope that gets through. This isn't an advert but I needed to lose weight/get fit as diabetes was threatening, and I've found its easy to use format keeps me on track. So far 20lbs and very little urge to snack. So much so, that I had a Snickrs for the first time this week since February, knowing that it was a stress urge, and thought ewww that so wasn't worth it! Hugs xx
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Car service done and within budget so am pleased with that! Need to take it back on Monday to get the air filter but no more cost! Did some holiday shopping, got a bikini in the sale and a couple of cheap vests so again in budget!

And still 3 days until I'm back at work!

I used that site about 5 years ago when I was trying to lose weight.

Its really good. I have a great app on my phone now called myfitnesspal which tracks food and exercise but tbh not used it for a while....:o

Bad eating and too much sofa time yesterday! Hence 2lbs weight gain this week!

Need to get back on track today - this is not the best version of me!
