Lovely dinner out last night with 'the man' (reappearing from previous diaries!) - and he treated me! :D

Am a bit tired today but determined to go to the gym tonight, need to get on with my running programme. And need to eat well today after last night's indulgences! :o

Did the gym last night but I struggled again so I am looking at a new running plan - I think I might have tried to do too much too soon and it's just too hard for me. Mangaged to eat better yesterday but not confident about weighing in this week - a few too many treats this week I think!

Got up early and came into work earlier so I can leave on time, as I hadn't done enough hours otherwise! Next week I am going to try to do it everyday so I can leave earlier, I think I might find the gym a bit easier if I can go an hour earlier. Hopefully I would be less tired and less hungry! Still haven't really established the right eating pattern for me but I'm working on it. Had a carb free lunch yesterday and I'm sure that's partly why I struggled at the gym - I am a girl who needs her carbs! Am also trying to drink more water, hoping it will help my skin and for me to feel less tired.

Have my telephone interview after work then plan to go to the gym. Having my nails done tomorrow, have a few errands to do including returning my kettlebell. I've had it 3 weeks and it's still in the box so obviously not something I'm going to get into! I want to either do the gym or Body Pump too. On Sunday I am helping TM paint his house before moving! :)

And I've added a £1 to the handbag fund this week! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Interview seemed to go OK, I've never done a telephone interview before so not sure how to judge? Pros and cons to the role, better salary but longer commute but no need to overthink it until I know whether I've got through to the next stage.

Good weekend, made it to the gym on Saturday and spent yesterday with TM sorting out his house. My jeans arrived from Oasis, they fit and I like them so success there - but had to take back to Next (again) and have re-ordered. Took shoes and kettlebell back so I am sticking to my 'only things I love' policy!

Got an early(ish) start this morning so finishing at 5.00 and going to the gym. Need to fit in 3 gym sessions this week and get some stuff done at home - need to ration mindless TV and playing solitaire on my phone (a new time waster!)

I've lost another pound and the handbag fund is up to £37 :)

Went to the gym last night but not feeling in the mood today - not sure I will make it tonight! :o

I have a 2nd interview for the job I had a telephone interview for last Friday! Not sure it's exactly right for me but flattered to get to the second stage - given my self confidence a boost.

Went to the gym and just did my run training. I don't feel I'm making much progress but I think I really need to focus on the sessions and work harder to see results. I am going to try to focus on eating well and training well, rather than obsessing about every calorie!

Helping TM with his decorataing tonight :D
