Monday again! The weeks are going by so fast!
Made it to the gym yesterday and went for a sunbed, then the afternoon at my Mum's
I have lost another 2lbs and I think it could be the effect of the XLS Medical? I haven't managed to lose 2lbs in a week before and haven't been super-good (loads of choc on Saturday!
). I am tempted to order some for the rest of the month - would love to get to the stone loss mark for Christmas and I think it's worth the £20 investment to get that boost, especially as there is so much social stuff coming up?
