Half day today at new job
.
Cleared garden stuff up as apparently rain and windy weather is a coming this week.
Wiped the countertops down, also fridge and tiling round dishwasher.
Hoovered landing and stairs and front room.
Thanks Piggers, I feel incredibly better already, the emphasis and focus is completely different in this new role....plus it's part time which is just fab.:DDFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

I'm a yorkshire lass! We visit the yorkshire coast often, and have taken our kiddies there for holidays over the last few years.

I'm in again and was pleased to see that my efforts in the living room before the paid stuff today were in the list!
Monday - Living Room, hall and stairs and landing
Level one
Wipe/Dust flat surfaces - done
Level two
Hoover the floors - done, brushed landing & stairs, and swept hallway
Clean a window - did them all last week
Level three
Hoover/wipe behind something (tv, sofa etc) - dusted behind the radiators
15 minutes exercising/stretching - will get in the gym later
Polish something - done
Extras
15 minutes paperwork - done
Meal plan for the week - done last Friday
I also got three washloads dried on the line & put away, put the recycling out and walked the dogs.
So according to this, I still have a mucky doorstep and my dress still needs mending!
Have a great evening everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
I have no mending or paperwork wanting doing:T and I can't properly meal plan til I know Mr LW is back to eating normally.:o We've got egg salad for tonight, though, at his request.;)
I have to go for my steroid injection tomorrow morning, so posi-vibes would be appreciated.:o I'm horribly needle-phobic, but have been in so much pain with this damned shoulder, that when they finally offered me the option, I grabbed at the chance.:o My appointment is stupidly early (originally planned for before Mr LW would have to leave for work) and it'll take 2 or 3 days to properly kick in; but with any luck, by next weekend, I'll be a lot more mobile with my left arm, and hopefully be able to colour my hair, which currently has a wide silver streak down the centre!:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
We may need some Bug-be-gone vibes for Samuel. He is in hospital with suspected whooping cough at the moment at 6 weeks! We are seriously hoping Fabian (and most of the rest of us!!) didn't get it if that is what it is as they were all at mine for Squeaks birthday!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Good luck with the jab tomorrow morning Lame Wolf and Get Well Soon to Samuel, with hopes that it isn't either contagious or whooping cough.
Today has been a complete failure. I'm not sure whether it was the weather casuing a horrible night's sleep (waaaay to humid for me) or whether it is the idea of finding new nesting places for my tons of gibble. In any event, no Flying from the lists has been achieved here today. I have, however, managed to muck the Dy$on out, having contacted their Chat customer service helpline. Very helpful, considering the thing was my mother's and is probably 20 years old.Better is good enough.0 -
List update
I have also 2xWM as that was all I had in the basket *glow* re-tidied the scullery, stuck a spag bol on (well the bol not put the spag on yet cause only me and DS1 and DD here) pulled out the furniture and hoovered in the LR. I have a huge hotspot on the shelf below the table but I will do that tonight or tomorrow.
LW I hate needles too I put my mp3 player on with some classical music and shut my eyes and tell them to get on with it:o It works for me might be worth a try???????????
Piggers huge healing vibes for Samuel xxFunfairs list of daily dreads
