Afternoon all, still here and flying but not really posting. I read but then forget to post. It's my age you know ;) Had a terrible night last night, too hot and couldn't sleep at all well. Never mind.

Just had some lunch but it has taken most of the time since my last post to do an inventory of our cupboards, fridge and freezer  oh well at least it has been done now. Some of the stuff is pass it's best before date but I think I can do something with some bits. Also made a meal plan for the rest of the week to use up some stuff nearing its date which means I shouldn't need to cook and hopefully we won't need to go shopping too much either :j

    Thanks for the lists.

Sorry so many are not feeling too good. Chicken Pox seem to be doing the rounds down here too.

Bought a new freezer for the garage this morning. It will delivered on Thursday so will have to manage without for now.

Took 3 bin bags of yukky defrosted stuff to the tip along with some other bits that were waiting to go.

Cleaned the bathroom and run the hoover around briefly.

Decluttered a kitchen drawer so it now opens and closes properly. There was stuff in there that I'd forgotten I had so I obviously don't need it! (I do have a bit of a kitchen gadget problem!)

It is hurling it down with rain so will stay inside for the rest of the day.

Kitchen's sparkly, and we've even started on the lounge - I've removed the nose-art from the patio door.:rotfl:

I've not been to Blue Dolphin but have been to Primrose Valley and Cayton Bay. How old are your kids? Sealife is a good one, school regularly take kids there. Filey is lovely and the beach is great. There is also the Brigg - large are of rockpools - great fun - but make sure you have wellies - could be a bit cold for paddling by October!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
