  • Hey guys!!
The email really helps but Paulg has already left the company. The new helper's name is Philip. The emails sent to Paulg's email address would be automatically sent to Philip's email address: Philip.Marsh@collectplus.co.uk.

Btw I've found my reference no. for the parcel. Philip is VERY NICE although he was continuously bothered by this post lol.
  • Ive just sent a parcel with collect plus.First i paid £15.50 to send and insure my parcel, then they gave me 2 different tracking numbers,So i used just one of the numbers to send my parcel incase it causes confusion with the courier.after checking the tracking number on the parcel for days,I decided to contact collect plus and find out where my parcel is. collect plus replied to me and said they have lost my parcel and that im not insured for it because ive used the wrong tracking number (Which is why they most likely why they gave me 2 tracking numbers to confuse me) .Now this has caused big implications for me and someones christmas is probably ruined. Collect plus are crooks and should be stoped from trading . Please,Please do not trust Collectplus to send parcels with, Because now i have many implications to work out and i hope no one has to go through this.

No ones christmas has been ruined, just not got the present. I've used collect plus a few times and was quite happy with the process of booking it online, choosing to drop it off and the speed the item was delivered so will continue to use them.

Don't know why you were given 2 tracking numbers.

A default component of complaining though isn't it, exaggerating?
  • Hi, come across this while trying to find out if i can trace parcels through collect plus.
my dad took 2 parcels to local collect plus shop 12 days ago to be sent back to very.co.uk. So far they haven't gone back on my account and as parcels sent after have i'm getting a little worried. Asked my dad for the receipt and hes torn the house upside down and can't find it.
I've asked at the store and they said that their machine will only say parcels were sent back on that day .
Problem is very have their returns address label in the parcel so no booking return so what i want to know is if anyone else has had this problem. The goods are worth £400 which i can't afford to pay for goods i don't have. I live in a small town and sure there wouldn't be many sent back that day and i sent 2 together, will collect plus know if they were all delivered that day and if any went astray? clutching at straws i know

Have you not seen the news. Yodel, who Collect+ use, have had a meltdown and parcels are stuck in the system, their MD has been on the TV. I am waiting for a parcel that was handed over to the shop Mon 8th, left the depot Tues 9th and then did not reappear until sorting at national hub Sat 13th and has not moved since so yours is probably sitting in a pile somewhere. You need your receipt though to get anywhere if it has been lost.
  • Might have already been covered, but if you were emailed the labels then the number that appears under the barcode is the tracking number

I'd also lost my proof of posting, and it was returning something to Very that they haven't received. Gave them this tracking number, instant credit

Thread is a bit old mind, I would have thought the issue had been resolved.
  • I recently used collect + toreturn a pair of boots I purchased from the online website. I returned the itemon Saturday 24th October at around 5pm, Unfortunately I seem to havemisplaced the receipt I was given, I’m still yet to check in my draw at work(but not in the office until Thursday). I contacted the newsagents to seeif they would be able to look back to the date and time to give me a referencenumber but they advised they couldn’t. However they did inform me that theparcel would have been picked up on the Monday 26th October.

The reason I want to get incontact with Collect plus, is I got in touch with the online site as I stillhadn’t received a confirmation email from them informing me they had receivedmy returned item and that they were processing my refund, the refund hasn’tgone into my account and worryingly they advised that ‘at present our warehouse have not acknowledged your return. Please notehowever that it can take up to 15 working days from the date of posting yourreturn for our warehouse to process your refund. If you would like to provideus with your proof of postage and/or tracking number, we can check this foryou.’

UnfortunatelyI’m not able to do this yet and in case I’m unable to find it, I want to see ifCollect plus can help locate the package, the email address previously given, isunfortunately no longer working, if I can get a new email address I can emailthe details over and fingers crossed see if I can get my refund back.
