• I have exactly the same problem as Adventure2. Didn't collect my items from the Collect+ store so they were returned to Very, who apparently never received them. As I never collected or returned the parcel I have no returns information, only texts and emails stating the items were being returned as they weren't collected. I am also being charged interest, and presumably getting a very bad credit rating as I also refuse to pay for items I never had, and have proof that I never had. Neither Very nor Collect + are at all interested in helping so I am wasting more money chasing everyone to actually do something. Is this even legal? If I never received the parcel as such, can I use the distance selling regulations to cancel my order and get my money back. Am so furious. Some words of warning - NEVER order from Very!!
• Can anyone please help me out, I went through all the proper steps with Collect Plus and received my Shipment Confirmation. I never got a receipt from or tracking number but on the shipment confirmation the ETA was Oct. 7, 2013 at 1p via Fedex. I'm unable to even track the package, I've emailed Collect Plus and the person I purchased from on Oct. 8 and NOTHING  What should I do next? Because my money is sitting out there and if I don't get my package I want my money back. So how would I go about getting my money back if no one will even respond to my email. Please....ADVISE!!
• Hey,

I was in the same situation with Asos, where I returned a VERY valuable parcel which they stated they never received, and I had lost the proof of postage.

Asos were absolutely NO help whatsoever, and gave SUCH a poor quality of service... I looked on here and emailed the email address for Paul at CollectPlus which was posted previously in a last ditch attempt to have my items refunded.

A guy called Philip got back to me and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I really cannot thank him enough as he tracked down my parcel and gave me my tracking number in less than 24 hours! Philip could not help enough, and even offered to write a letter to Asos as my proof of postage! Philip was great, and after giving Asos my tracking number (and chasing them up multiple times...) Asos then agreed to refund the items enclosed in the parcel!

Shocking service from Asos, but INCREDIBLE SERVICE FROM PHILIP AT COLLECTPLUS! THANK YOU SO MUCH PHILIP!
• Hi, I know it is awhile since someone posted in this thread but I am in the exact same situation with a very valuable package returned to ASOS having gone missing and I have lost my tracking number, I have tried emailing the address in this thread but had no reply and am at my wits end, I really can't afford to loose this money. I would normally be so much more careful with my receipts but having just suffered the bereavement of a very close family member have had my mind on other matters :( If anyone can offer any help I would be so grateful, thank you in advance.

I have same issue too. Returned 3 x parcels end of Dec to ASOS via collect through my local corner shop and they haven't received the goods yet. I stupidly threw away the tracking receipt, which I never do!

I have spoken to collect and they advise me to speak to the carrier who delivered the goods to me to obtain the reference that would be printed on the returns label inside the original order- but im not convinced as surely this would be details ASOS would have? ASOS CS are not complying.

I know its my error but would appreciate any help. I have emailed Paul as per the previous threads and I have the time/date/place I sent the goods back, surely there is a way!

I returned a parcel to ASOS via Collect+ and unfortunately I've lost the receipt already. I've contacted both customer services but they're parroted and not helpful at all! Has anyone tried to contact paulg@collectplus.co.uk or any other representative here from Collect+ recently?

Yep. What I found comfusing is that the return label was provided by ASOS, but they couldn't even track it from their side.

Updates.

I sent a couple emails to paulg@collectplus.co.uk and I've waited for days, still no response at all.

However, luckily ASOS has received my parcel.
• Asos have lost my parcel and I have lost receipt of tracking through collect plus!
After all the problems I have had with asos, not enough numbers of barcode to return items, or no barcode at all on return label, it's pretty safe to bet its asos not collect plus who is the problem

I have emailed paulg at collect plus after finding it on this post but nothing , anyone got an email address for someone at collect plus who will help

Many thanks
