You only get 2 goes unless your friends install the App as well. There's a lot of confusion it seems with people thinking they get 2 goes per day, that's not the case. From the T&C's:

The number of attempts in the game is limited: each participant that is a fan of https://www.facebook.com/skoda, and participates in the contest, is granted two attempts for key search. After using up both attempts, another attempt may be obtained for every friend that the participant has invited to participate in the game, and that has installed the relevant application. The organiser shall also grant "bonus" attempts to all contestants during the game. The maximum daily number of attempts per participant is limited to five. The total number of attempts available may be monitored by each participant upon registration in the application.
