I could be WRONG but When i read the T&C looks like the car is only delivered to Czech Republic.
6. PRIZE DELIVERY
The organiser shall determine the specific method of prize delivery. The organiser may as well request the winner’s written confirmation of his/her commitment to refrain from selling the won automobile within a time period of two years from the date of acquisition.
The prize shall be delivered to the prize winner at a location to be determined by the organiser. Most likely the prize car shall be delivered to the prize winner via an authorized ŠKODA dealer, where as the prime prize delivery location shall be the city of Mlad!
