    Bit confused by the T and Cs.

    It says:

    This contest is held solely in the Czech Republic.
    Only a natural person aged 18 years or over may participate in the contest.
    The won car can be operated only in the following countries where it has been homologated and released by the manufacturer: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREAT BRITAIN, GUADELOUPE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MARTINIQUE, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, REUNION, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWITZERLAND.

    Does that mean only Czech people can win but they can use the car in the countries listed below that or does it mean people from the countries listed can also enter????
