  • Oops last minute co op dash for jam for the school lunch baking resulted in a £13.64 spend but in my defence I've got smoothies for their lunch box until end of oct as they were £2 for 4 when usually its 2 boxes for £5 if they are on offer.

I may have also got some tonic water. I deserve a gin today!
  • Just back from my holidays and will try to get through September on as least as possible, budget of £100.00 to feed just myself on.Spent oodles of cash and ate far too much, but hey it was a great holiday so back tothe belt tightening (don't think I could get a belt around my girth at the moment ):):):)

:rotfl: I don't think I could afford that postage.

Have you tried the one less per day method? Write down over the next few days how many you are having, then reduce it by 1 each day. It slowly reduces the cravings making the final stop easier to deal with.

  • Hi all

My weekly spend this week was £42.07.

Having family BBQ tomorrow and really pleased as managing to do nearly all of it from the freezer, only thing I had to buy was salad and rolls and got lucky in supermarket tonight and all the packets of rolls were reduced to 20p!

    Thanks
