I would love to see some facts, better than those bleeping stars.0 -

Proved wrong? I said what I would do in a given situation how is that being proved wrong?
I think you may have a few :staradmin:starmod::staradmin of these above your head.
See there you go again.....perhaps look at some of your other posts....tedious though it will be. But you spout garbage, are proven wrong and then crawl away.....:rotfl:0 -
Ratings matter to me because I want the people paying me to be happy with what they get. eBay is nothing without the buyers - no buyers, no money, no selling anything - and that attitude is going to get you kicked off.
Your money doesn't just come from some random benefactor who can't be bothered about whether they get something or not. They come from other people who pay you money.
I hope you don't go to work, sit at your desk, take three weeks to do your work and answer back to your boss. That would normally get people fired, or would send your business bankrupt.
If you don't care, fine, you treat your buyers the way you expect to be treated. Don't come crying to us when someone holds your money for three weeks plus without you getting anything to show for it. Doubtless you'd be more concerned about it then."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Hmmm, so i emailed the seller today (as per there instructions) as the parcal had still not arrived so now she has sent me a message with the postage details and saying to let her know how i get on.
Whats the easiest way to tell her i cannot make a claim as she is the one that posted them? Ive never had a problem before and she sounds slightly shirty in her emails!!0 -
I would just open an item not received.0

Tell her that it is not your responsibility to chase RM, and it is up to her to make a claim as she is the one who sent the item and has original POP. Then say quite firmly that you have waited long enough and would like a full refund. (Or you are prepared to wait until xx date, up to you how flexible you want to be!)
If she is still uncooperative then open the case in paypal and escalate.0 -
Ok well i messaged her, and she said she is going to claim from RM, all good (except im not sure she knows that she is expected to wait 3 weeks) but she has said in her message that she will refund when she has heard back from royal mail, now im not sure whether to open a case, i know i should but i feel like she thinks i have the item and am just trying it on. Im happy to wait until after the weekend to see if it turns up, but i really do not want to wait until after the beginning of next month!0

Not sure how long it's been already but bear in mind you have 45 days from time of purchase to open a case so don't let her fob you off with 'waiting for RM' for too long!
Tell her you are not prepared to wait for Royal Mail, you have paid for an item and not received it, and who knows how long they will take to sort it out!
If the item doesn't come by the weekend, open the case.0
