You could try asking me to wait but I would open a dispute in response.

The RM claim timetable has nothing to do with the buyer and giving someone money for three weeks without anything in return is not acceptable to most buyers. If I have to open a dispute the chance of positive feedback for the seller also goes out the window, so bear that in mind before trying to keep the money.

LOL, open a dispute or neg me I wouldn't give a bleep :rotfl:

"Trying to keep the money" wow you're mad :rotfl:

Crow is quite correct and judging by the thanks on her post many agree with her.
If you asked me to wait I'd also respectfully decline and file an INR too, in fact, I think you'd be hard pressed to find many who wouldn't

As for not giving a beep about a neg, you would eventually.

You have my money and I don't have anything to show for it - and you're asking me to wait most of a month to get it back - over a month by the time a dispute is contested and goes through. By that time I doubt any item, unless sent overseas, is likely to turn up. I've certainly had issues with a seller not sending anything until I go to dispute.

Yup, I think you're trying to keep it.

I don't mind waiting an extra few days, but I certainly wouldn't wait for the amount of time RM states. That's between the seller and RM and nothing at all to do with the buyer.

    I would give a beep but wouldn't give a bleep ;)

Of course crow was correct, it as much as it was their opinion.

I'm correct too saying I wouldn't give a bleep about a neg or star trashing.

Oh and a bit hard to decline something that was never on offer, I was not suggesting they should wait but telling them they would, opening a dispute would have you waiting longer than the 15 working days anyway :rotfl:

If i met a seller with that attitude i would open a dispute via paypal, takes only 8 days there certsinly nothing like the 15 working days your suggesting. Then hit stars and neg for forcing me to take it to a dispute.
