Debated leaving after the 6 months too to be quids up again, but we'll see how it goes. Would offer same complaint as you but I don't have a smart phone...
I swear by internet banking so as long as it does what I need it to do I'll be happy.
With Santander everything is instant - lodgements, transfers, withdrawals, the lot. Plus text alerts come through instantly too.
Drumming my fingers now waiting on the transfer back again from FD. Think I've been spoiled by Santander...!! (did I really just say that?!? :rotfl:)
EDIT:
Finally the money shows up on my S account... Not used with stuff being that slow!! Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0
