It varies by bank, it can be up to 30 days - if you had 3 months later then I would be questioning how as this is beyond the limit laid out by visa/master card unless of course it was a recurrent payment setup to circumvent the authorisation time limits.

Just to update this thread, I emailed the company on Wednesday advising them my card had not been debited but I am yet to receive a reply.0
