    Well how do you explain the fact that Corrinne and Dan were never on MSE at the same time, and the moment that Dan logged off, Corrine logged on. (Another poster proved that this was the case by providing screenshots showing the times that one logged off and the other logged on and they were exact to the minute).

    If there was a slight overlap or gap between the two it might have been different people, but what are the chances of one person logging off at exactly the same minute that the other logged on? (and this didn't only happen once).

    The idea that many people who posted yesterday are Premier inn employees is just as likely as dan/corrinne and yourself are employees of a rival hotel chain who just want to give Premier Inn a bad name.

    Ahh another account shaun of africa/valli/mkneef? how come if you saw all this you never piped up as you are now?

    There were many times my green light was on the same time as dan182, stop trying to find a way out of what your all up to, everyone knows give it up! I logged out because I was getting fed up of replying to all of the nasty spiteful comments but couldn't help but come back to read what else someone had to say, when I saw something I felt needed answering I logged back in you TW*T in the end I just stayed logged in so the dumb idiots would stop going on about it, and they did.

    Oh!! Is that the best you've got? I am a rival hotel? If that was the case wouldn't I come up with things like... the staff were rude, the place was filthy, there was no hot water, the food was disgusting etc... No I didn't because I was quite happy with everything except one thing, a few customers got a refund that morning because they paid with card! I have always thought they were great with most things except their bull crap guarrantee about money back if you don't get a good nights sleep, They just say that and give a bogus number for you to call with nobody on the other end of it, making you waste more money being put on automatic hold!

    For a big business like premier inn they would always have staff check forums like this, all they have to do is type 'premier inn complaints' they see all customers that are complaining and get staff/friends/family to interfere and turn it around on the poor customer, but now it has been turned back around on them for the worse!

    Oh very mature, this is getting ridiculous, I was promised a refund but never got one, this is my argument along with the OP and many others. Great bull crap story by the way lol by ANOTHER PI worker gets involved lol:T

    Are you all really that stupid? Why would long time posters wait for years just to wait until some idiots post pathetic moans about Premier Inns?

    I don't, and never have, worked for or with PI. I personally use them as I don't feel the need to waste money on facilities at more expensive hotels even though the company I actually work for are paying. But on the other hand, after the dreadful experiences of staying at Travelodges, I find PI much cleaner, more modern with staff who actually make you feel welcome. And there is always a restaurant either as part of the hotel or right alongside.

    I expect there are other long- term posters reading this thread thinking that myself and others ( Valli, McKneff, Shaun of Africa etc) are wasting our time replying to knobheads like you lot...:rotfl:

    Never mind, school( and I expect in all your cases they are..SPECIAL.. Schools) are back today.

    My name is Polly and I am NOT an employee of Premier Inn. However, I am a big fan of their super clean, comfortable and reasonably priced rooms.

    Finally! Someone with a helpful, honest and normal answer! Thank you very much, I actually just persevered with the call as nobody on here would help, it was exactly 1 hour and 52 minutes before someone answered but I got my refund in the end. Really appreciate your helpful reply, I'm sure it will help many other customers :)

    Well, unless valli & mckneff are currently living in Trinidad, they can't be me (and there are no Premier inns here), and the reason I never "piped up" is that although I can read many things on our works PC, logging on to respond is not allowed and I'm currently on my home laptop.

    Yes, but only after your ploy had been discovered and the evidence of the screenshots was posted (by valli I think, but I may be wrong on this).
    If you and dan are not the same person, perhaps you could explain dans response when the post with the screenshots of when you logged off and dan logged on was shown.

    Far from it. If I recall, the exact comment he/you used was "Bravo, is that what you do for a living".
