Premier Inn complaint - direct number/email

With regard to phone - I generally find phones in Premier Inns rooms - mainly to ring down to reception I think?

With regard to leaving children in room - yes they are young children (if they were teens I would tell them where I was going and ensure they were ok with that) - but surprised that some have said no issue with leaving children in room. We were three floors up in a very busy city centre hotel. I would have had to wait for lift or go down stairs and then spend however long it took to discuss issue with staff member - I never leave children on own in hotel room and am pretty shocked that people think ok - especially given recent history of tragic outcome when a child was left in a room unattended on holiday.

Walk down stairs, walk up to reception and say "I am in room x, there is noise coming from y, please sort it out. I am now returning to my room as the children are on their own. Thank you." Four minutes, five at most - hardly the same as leaving them in an apartment with outside access whilst you go out for dinner!

can't believe people are saying the op should of left her children on their own, anything could of happened to them and it would of been a different story if it had and i'm sure you would of all be criticising the op. i wouldnt even dream of leaving my son in a hotel room for any length of time.

as for the op's complaint i'm really suprised they didnt do anything, we stayed in a premier in a few weeks back and we were right next to stairs and also the aircon didnt work and i was up all night because it was so hot, i didnt complain in the night but just let them know when i was leaving, i didnt ask for any money back but the lovely lady on reception said she would refund us for the night so i couldnt praise the hotel enough, they were very helpful. hope you get it sorted op and never listen to idiots on here telling you to leave your kids, their safety is your priority.

I can, this lot were on my thread for same reasons, turns out they all work for premier inn and Mckneff said in my thread that he/she had never been to premier inn but heard they are brilliant and will be trying it out this year and in this thread he/she says they went to manchester PI lol they all work for PI, I have complained to MSE so hopefully they will get this sorted.

Yeh, absolutely, nutters should be sorted on MSE.

Me too, they really laid into that OP they are without a doubt premier inn employees, and how can anyone advise leaving young children in a hotel room on their own, hate to think how you treat your children. I hope you dont have any or plan to. They seem to find every excuse possible for premier inn, it makes perfect sense BUSTED!

Do you honestly think that all the posters who disagreed with Corrinne are really Premier Inn employees?
DO you think that they all signed up on MSE (some of them many years ago), in the faint hope that sooner or later there would be a c omment about PI that they could all jump on and defend the company?

The only one who was "busted" yesterday was Corrinne herself, using multiple user names in order to back herself up.
