Shiny New Givaudan Survey Thread (NO REFERRALS PLEASE)

I've just received the massive survey as a new applicant, and this may sound like a daft question, but how do I fill it out? Should I circle the relevant numbered answers or what? I expected there to be instructions or a more obvious tick box system, and I don't want to send it back all wrong!

Thanks, it seemed to be the obvious thing to do, but I just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing an answer sheet or something similar! Just got to find a spare half an hour to fill it all in now!

Oooh, if I'm lucky then, I'll have my one at home too! I have to say, they're one of my favourites, if only for the chuckle factor with the wording they use! However, they speak excellent English in comparison to my French! :money::rotfl:

I do not think there are many members on here that have had any email with an acknowledgement about the booklet, you have to be very patient when waiting for a answer.:)

I am sorry if this has been asked and answered already but I have had a quick look and can't find what I am looking for.

I completed the on-line email a couple of weeks ago and received confirmation at the end that I met their criteria and they would be contacting me. I haven't received anything in the post and I was wondering how long it normally takes before you hear anything.
