I have just had a questionnaire to do on-line about hygiene, be warned its a long one!

I just had this survey too - but I've got halfway through, now it's saying that the survey is closed?

Has anyone else had this??

Havent had my 'Dear Lady' email either yet ... hope I'm still in?!!

Yep, I was halfway through the hygiene questionnaire when it told me it had closed!

Wow. Did you get your Dear Lady email? I'm hoping it's not because I was late sending the form back - I sent it off in 2 days!

I haven't had my Dear Lady email either so I wouldn't worry about it. I have no idea why they do not put the form online, as it is someone is going to have to key all that information into a computer! A bit of British efficiency needed over there in France methinks

I have not had the e mail to say they got mine back and I sent it the next day........but I am about half way through the hygiene survey Jesus it's long

Two thirds of the way through I am getting server unavailable errors. I can't face doing all that again...

:mad: 3 quuarters way through and having Service Unavailable error, i have just e mailed them about this and informed them that others have had the same problem, again as above i can not face doing it all again


UPDATE.... have just managed to finish this off just not sure some of us are having to do it and not others

yes if there is a survey for you to complete they will e mail you
