I am still waiting for incentives for the laundry trial and the shampoo trial. I also haven't had confirmation that they received my questionnaire. So I emailed them and got this.

I am still waiting for my incentive vouchers too for the washing up liquid, fabric condition and shampoo, at least I am not the only one!

I received my two incentives this morning, hope you all receive yours soon. One is the usual Capital Bonds voucher, the other looks different although still from the same company.

as far as im aware thats still the case...although in the t&c sent recently with the new contracts,perfumes/questionaires it did say that all points will be zeroed at the beginning of the year and not carried forward as has been the case in previous years.


So if you only complete 4 surveys in a year you will not be sent a voucher....or if you complete 6 in a year you get one voucher and 1 survey will not count towards the following year

Edenred and capital bonds are now one of the same....although its best to spend your capital bonds vouchers before the compliments ones as they may have a slightly less use by date...I believe capital bonds will expire at the end of the year.
