I've not had that email...but i have had a survey and a pre test survey.... so dont know whats happening

I have had a survey in the last couple of days also so have emailed them to ask them to clarify what they meant in the email. Whether i will be able to understand their response tho...?!

The email is to confirm that they have received the big booklet which you had to fill in and send back. The one which came with the perfume.
