Although what did mystify me about the email was why we needed to be available from 2nd April if the product isnt being delivered unrtil 10th...I just have a vision of them expecting us to be waiting for 8 days by the front door for our parcel.

I haven't heard anything since sending off that big questionnaire to join almost a month ago. Can anyone tell me if this is normal please? x

anything in the world of givaudan is normal....it may be that they send you an email to say you are part of the panel or the next thing you will get is a survey to complete online. They are not very consistant with administration and as they are also a french company sometimes things are a little poorly described in translation....
However having said all that they are usually very good at sending out £5 vouchers for each 5 surveys completed,you dont need to request payment.

yay i got the e mail to :j, also just had another e mail to ask when i plan to be on vacation in july,august or other months so not sure what is coming up then

Thanks for that- have had a quick look on this thread and like you said it seems very inconsistant. Will have to wait and see...
