I don't understand why I have not had one sent to me? I have always responded to emails & complete surveys and trials on time & on a regular basis so am confused :huh:

Quite disappointed to be honest

Gonna try emailing them to inquire why methinks

Always worth an email but from what is written in the thread it is a bit hit & miss as to who gets sent the perfumes!

I also never received a bottle of perfume from them this year, and I was also quite disappointed. I did email earlier in the year, but never heard anything. I know previously when someone has asked, they've been told that they were not going to get one.

I guess that they have more panellists than perfumes to send, so someone is always going to miss out?!

Fingers crossed for next year then!

Hi, your not the only one i never got one either so i e mailed them and they responded saying i had not done the right surveys to be eligible for the perfume. I have also done all surveys etc so hoping next year i will do.

ive been on the panel for about 4 years now...last year my perfume didnt arrive at the same time as the others so i emailed them and they said that they would send a booklet for me to fill in,which i did and returned....the perfume then turned up with the original booklet,much later than other peoples but i didnt fill the second booklet in because i had filled in the first one

This year i didnt get any perfume and when i emailed them they suggested that i wouldnt be getting any as i ws now registered as a new recruit and woulnt get the perfume till the next run next year...it seems that i should have filled out the user/attitudes booklet with the perfume not the additional one they sent me even though it contained the same questions

A lot of us received an email telling us we were not eligible for the perfume this year and that they have changed to sending the forms out every two year instead of yearly. I too haven't received the perfume this year, I wondered if it was because I emailed last year to ask about it.

I emailed about the perfume and they gave me some c**p response about either I haven't returned the huge questionnaire or I've been a member for less than 6 months - which is rubbish because I've done both. I'm sure they have that on record too, but just don't want to give out any more perfumes.

I totally agree with you...I even sent them a copy of last years email chain I had with them to confirm that I had indeed sent back the questionaire and been a member over 6 months....but thats the point where they have chosen not to respond anymore...
I guess we just have to see what next year brings...and im still lucky to have enough of my previous years perfumes to keep me goint till then!
