The only thing that made me pause is the fact that, despite me stating my name in the email, their reply begins with 'Dear Lady'. Is this usual?

They are a french company...and sometimes things become a little obscured in translation and sometimes they do use slightly odd grammar in their surveys...everyone on the panel seems to be "lady"...I'm not sure if that makes me feel more important or not!

I just had an email about 3 product trials. But I couldn't apply for them as the survey would not accept my postcode. And it wouldn't send without it.
I've emailed them.

I filled my full postcode in on the "address" part and then just put the numbers of my postcode in the "postcode box" as that's all it will allow....don't know if it will have worked

probably to do with french postcodes being numbers only

let us know what they say!

I found it wouldn't let me enter the postcode so I just put the numbers from the postcode in the postcode box and my town & whole postcode in the next box.
