    Welcome back, fellow junky :T
You just click on a username, then on 'view public profile' and then 'add user to ignore list' (about half way down page on right)

    thanks for sharing

I am that Judderbloke and I'm addicted to the [STRIKE]scroungers[/STRIKE] Freecycle thread.

Hi 160 (once again Queue The Prisoner style chant of "I am not a number, I am a free Man)

OK click on the persons pseudo that you want to ignore, click on view profile then from next page on the right nearish the top you click on add to ignore list (or some such)

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying

On our list people often post for broken/non working stuff to use as spares for the stuff they have. We have had wanteds for broken plates, non-working washing machines, non-starting mot-failure motorbikes (and some offered too) and all have them been taken.

I gave away my geriatric Ariston washer/dryer (around 20yrs old) - the part needed to mend it was no longer available.
The guy who picked up was delighted as he would able to use a working part from mine to keep his equally geriatric machine going for a bit longer. Love it when that sort of thing happens :T

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: brilliant irony that - I started replying with how to do it, went away from computer to meet a freecycler who had come to take away my Sony VCR , I came back , finished my post and pam beat me to it :rotfl: :rotfl:

Most satisfactory interaction that one too - she was such a lovely lady :D - very polite and friendly and a real sweetie :j
