Does anyone know if magic number has been stopped on pay monthly? I can't find any references anymore to it on their website. Just pay as you go.

Upgraded with Orange on Monday after a year paying £30 p/m with them.
Got a free N95, anytime, any network 2800 mins and unlimited texts for £35 p/m for 18 months £30 for first 9.
Going to phone them back up today and try and get a 12-month contract, with a lower line rental. I know this is very cheeky as I think I have got good deal but I think it’s worth a shot.
Like N95 so far, GPS seems to be a bit temperamental and phone is a tad slow generally. But looks and feels fantastic.0 -

Not that much...
Between £30 and £35 and now and once up to £40 over 12 months.
I was a little taken aback as well!
I just mentioned that i was thinking about using another network and they pulled out all the stops.0 -
sorry if this is the wrong thread but i have an orange question.
I signed up last week on the phone to Orange pay monthly, and although my deal is great and im happy with the phone, i have no orange signal in my house! None at all! Vodaphone and O2 signal is great however.
I feel that i have to cancel everything and go to voda/o2 as i need signal.
I believe there is a 2 week cool off period? anyone know what the terms are for this? Will i have to pay for every call/text i have made or just 2 weeks of line rental?
Thanks for any help.0 -
where did you buy the phone? was it a transfer from an orange PAUG?
its likely you can cancel depending on those two questions.
youd have to pay for your line rental over those days, so for example if youve used the phone for 15 days out of 30 youd pay for half the line rental,
accordingly if you get e,g, 400 mins, you would only be given 200 for that period so if you used over that youd have to pay the extraYes Your Dukeiness
