can someone please explain the reference above to £100 from Orange? What is/was that, how do you get it etc. I'm due for an upgrade but have been dithering about which phone. By the way, anyone know anything, good or bad, about the Nokia 8800? Thanks.:o0

the hundred pounds is purely just a credit applied to your account, if you get it in retail you get the £100 for trading in an old phone
offer can not be done with the broadbandYes Your Dukeiness

Thanks so much for that. Are there any known probs with the Nokia 8800?
Also, Can it be any old phone or must it be the one you are currently using? ie if I previously had a phone but haven't used it for ages can that be put into the equation for the £100 cashback?;)0 -
when upgrading it should be the last orange phone but how well they check that i dont know
the £100 isnt technically on at the moment in retail just on the website it seems, whether thats a sign i dont know either way, only half the time they have it on new contracts and upgrades,Yes Your Dukeiness

just signed up to orange today over the phone:
got a nokia n95 on dolphin 35 (18month)
paid £89 for the phone and got £100 credit to the account.
not a bad deal when you consider you also get a magic number, home 2gb broadband, orange wednesdays all included in the price.
just defected from t-mobile after 8 years of loyal custom as they refused to match the price....muppets!
am pretty sure i have 14 days to 'cool off' as its an 'off premesis' contract so if i have overlooked an offer that could save me LOADS, please point out
