very strange, yet nothing else from zinc or anyone else?

Is there anyone i can see or speak to who will go through my report and help me understand it and tell me whats what etc because i dont have a clue to be honest

I want to build my credit up and sort out bits and bobs

Experian staff are the lowest uneducated thickos I have ever come in contact with. The members on here know the ins & outs of a credit report more then what the donuts at credit expert do.

Im not ignoring nothing, Im asking for advice, This martin lewis website is about asking for help and advice etc but all you get is cocky replys, people who think they are better than you

Ive not shouted or had a go at anyone on here, Ive just simply asked for some advice, Please if you haven't got any good advice or would like to help a fellow person then stay off this thread

McClane this seems to happen a lot for some reason unfortunately.

I have been through something similar with Santander. They had charged overdraft fees which arose from a dodgy transaction years ago. I have negotiated with them to pay half (425) and am now in the process of closing it down. If you ignore it, it WILL NOT GO AWAY. If you ring them they may remove it, or they may do what I have done. Either way you need to speak to them and sort it out or it will as other people on here have experienced, stop you getting mortgage/loans other credit even a job in the future.
