Well i just left the bank, so changed all the direct debits and wages to another company as i was fed up with lloyds, and when i took the money out etc i left 3p (better than anything minus I suppose) and walked away

I Haven't had a penny of that money so why should I pay it back? That's the way im looking at it to be honest, I thought bank charges back then were unlawful

Do you normally pay account fee on this account before leaving or its just a basic current account with no fee?
    Aqua Advance £ 9500 ( Settled ) | BC Platinum Card 25/25 £10500 | 24 studio £1950 | SimplyBe £1800 | Nationwide Flexplus A/C OD £800| Meaningless Noddles score= 3/5

Really not sure mate, to be honest, never had a overdraft

Why didn't you query the charge at the time ? Ignoring it for 4 years isn't a good idea. It's not going to go away.

Ive not shouted or had a go at anyone on here, Ive just simply asked for some advice, Please if you haven't got any good advice or would like to help a fellow person then stay off this thread
