Well done, why are you trying to bully me for? try and make yourself better, what i wrote a year ago and what i wrote today still stands

and the same as last year, no end of cocky replys, people who think they are better than you or trying to score points

Im going to forward this onto martin Lewis to see what he says about it

Im not ignoring nothing, Im asking for advice, This martin lewis website is about asking for help and advice etc but all you get is cocky replys, people who think they are better than you

Ive not shouted or had a go at anyone on here, Ive just simply asked for some advice, Please if you haven't got any good advice or would like to help a fellow person then stay off this thread

But you have seen as there have been 2 seperate threads linked from last year where people tried to help but you are still in the same situation.

People get ***** off when they give people advice but they just ignore it.

What is the point of asking for advice, if you just ignore it?

Not trying to bully you at all, you were given perfectly good advice in the thread you deleted yet you didnt like it.

You posted asking for help correct ?

So what answers were you expecting as clearly none will be what you want ?

At least state it at the start there is only 1 answer you will accept.

Sorry pal but you dont have a say who can or can not reply to the thread so bit daft saying "no end of cocky replys"

The advice is to accept that you owe money to Lloyds so you need to contact them to arrange to pay it, or whoever is now dealing with it. What you want people to say is that you won't have to repay this, but it doesn't work that way. It's common sense.

Wheres the bullying? Last year it was suggested that it May be Statute Barred if 6 years have passed since last paid \ Acknowledged..

Stickies on the forum explain how best to go through this form of 'Avoidance' \ defence and the letters to send to the companies involved.. I use the term Avoidance as the debt isnt resolved , merely restrict what action can be taken to collect it.

From the lack of further posts on Your own Threads, would suggest that you took no action upon that information, instead just ignored further - resulting in the DCA Merry go round.

Well people should think before they type, rather than thinking of cocky, point scoring biging themselfs up type of messages

just pause for a min and treat people the way you'd like to be treated

If i had lots of advice and help to give it would be a pleasure to help people sort out thier problems

I Haven't had a penny of that money so why should I pay it back? That's the way im looking at it to be honest, I thought bank charges back then were unlawful

    Who told you that?
