I was under the impression that interest was paid on the second WORKING day of each month.0

same, initially. But then last month I got it scattered around 22nd - 30th. Maybe thats because my new vantage update was kicking in? So it paid the interest off for that? I dont even know lol.0 -
Does anyone know whether the upgrade button glitch is still a good indicator that the 4% has been applied? The reason I ask is that I had the 4% applied to 3 Vantage accounts yesterday, over the phone, but pressing the upgrade button today takes me to the next page - no error.
BTW, the CS lady applied the 4% to all 3 accounts even though only one had 2 DDs set up. She said that as long as by the end of Nov the other accounts have 2 DDs then the 4% will remain. And what's more, the 4% applies from now, so I've already topped up all 3 to £6K. She also said they won't be applying 4% for callers from today.Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you’ll get rid of him every weekend.0 -

"The monthly billing period for our Vantage customers is from the second working day of a calendar month to the first working day of the next. If this is different to the current monthly billing period for your current account, and you add Vantage to your account we will change it straight away."0 -
The upgrade button still takes you to the error message. So I assume that you are not properly setup.
I phoned yesterday evening. Do you think it should be applied by now, or does it take a day?
Just to confirm, are we talking about the "Upgrade now" button - the purple-blue one with a bit of animation?Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you’ll get rid of him every weekend.0 -

It may take a while but I think it ought to have happened by now. So I'd phone them of I was you to see what's going on.
Yes it's the purplish button as you say.0 -
I think I'll give it the rest of the day. Calling them up is a bit of a pain because the accounts are in my wife's name, so we always have to play phone tag before they'll speak to me. Interestingly, the upgrade button, although still purplish, is now called "Upgrade account" and it's not animated anymore. Obviously they're tinkering with the page layout - maybe they've fixed the issue (optimistic!).Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day.
