New Lloyds Vantage current account

Can someone confirm or otherwise that there a new interest rate for Lloyds Vantage of 4%.
I went into Lloyds on Saturday morning and no one there knew anything about it.
Along with now having seen a TV advert for this and also having set it up on my accounts, here is a link

As to previous questions I have always circled my £1k on the same day during the same internet banking session.0 -

Previously I have just performed a £1k circle between my vantage accounts and this has worked fine.
I don't believe there's any reason whatsoever to change the way you credit these accounts. I've always done mine manually from Vantage to Vantage keeping the 1K there for literally seconds even when using 7 Vantage accounts. There's nothing in the T&C's for the higher interest version even hinting at a change or stating external funds only (like some other organisations do).
I'm starting to believe that due to a little ambiguity elsewhere people are putting 2+2 together and getting 5 on all sorts of things. Either that or paranoia is setting in :eek:0 -
anyone with more than 3 accounts
had any 'issues' when phoning for this offer?
i'm worried they might say you're only meant to have 3 and close the rest down! :eek:0 -
Didn't ask me to close my other 4 down, still got them all, 3 confirmed in writing at the new rate with internal codes applied to show them as different to the others.
Now if I was a chancer or just plain greedy I might attempt to get the other 4 changed a little later...Hmmmm?0 -
..and it's ok to phone up and get the accounts registered for the 4% even though I don't have the DD's on the accounts yet??0

Yes it is !0

well, I think different people have had different levels of success. The website does say to phone if you already have two DD's set up.0
