The Manager checked our accounts and was adamant he could offer another six Vantage.

Seems too good to be true so we will just wait and see.

I would be surprised if there was any IT systems-enforced limit to 3 Vantage accounts. There is also nothing in the T&Cs that says you can only have 3. It's just mentioned on the website, and probably is a guideline that they follow more or less in their call centres and branches. I wouldn't expect the call centres to deviate from the max 3, but a Branch Manager could have the discretion to decide the max themselves.

I agree there's nothing in the 'Personal Banking T&Cs'. However, I think it's fair to say they do mention the limit of 3 in some formal T&Cs. For example...

• Click the 'Vantage' link at the LHS of their current accounts page
• Then click the 'Interest Rates' tab
• Scroll down to 'For more information about Vantage including conditions that apply see Vantage' and click that link
• You're then presented with...

Vantage terms and conditions

You can have a maximum of 3 accounts with Vantage.
