    Hello ladies,

I too have managed to not buy the LIB YOU box, my immediate thought when the email landed was I need it and that was before I saw what was in it?!! My logic seemed to be because I was flying soon!! Anyway I was a little underwhelmed so found it easy to abstain in the end :T

One more UU for me - Palmolive Soft & Gentle Wild Rose & Vanilla roll-on deo - Smelt lovely but for me not as effective when needed as Sure which is my HG so think I will stick to those in future. According to my stash list I should have a few of those left but can only find one at the min which I'm not sure how I'll find using that as its a stick rather than a roll-on but as an original stash item its next on my list to try. The others I've either already used and not deleted or are lurking about somewhere?!! I too am definitely not about to survive on £1 a year for deodorant, the Black Adder references made me giggle. :D

No buy month so far, did get some Nivea sun lotion and after sun spray today but not counting those as not something I'd ever
    stash.

Yes, almost as much as I love buying cosmetics/toiletries. I have tart burners in my living room, bathroom and bedroom and a large candle burning in my hall although now I have the Autumn Lodge one burning in my kitchen too. The Warm Spice one is nice but smells like a re-labelled Cinnamon and Sugar to me.

I had a spray in Boots and a spray in John Lewis yesterday. Not very long lasting on me unfortunately.

I've stopped buying fruit flavoured ones. I had mice a while ago and the pest control man said not to use fruit flavoured anti-bac wipes as mice like the smell! I therefore decided they probably liked fruity flavoured candles also, so don't use them any more either.

I tried the Dot in Boots and like it but it doesn't seem to have lasted very well on me either.

noelphobic - sorry;) The offer seemed to be on all mitchum products but not all the fragrances - as it's your HG deo too I think it would be wise to stock up whilst it's this price:D:D (not that I want to encourage you or anything).

well, I've been out to get a dress for a wedding and not only did I get a dress for the wedding, I actually didn't go in to Superdrug. I knew that if I did I would end up buying more than just the deodorant! I also went into Boots and didn't buy anything, just tried the Marc Jacobs Dot.

Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Raining off and on today in Yorkshire too, but oddly not in the town three miles down the road from me where it is bone dry and the park is full of people on blankets and chairs and playing ball games. It is a weird place for weather though, or maybe us up the hill are the weird ones.

I didn't buy the LIB box, I think I am cured where they are concerned, also been to Asda today which is a rare event for me and have left without any n'Spa, so am pleased about that too.

I too have passed on the LIB box and had to take Mum out today to buy a birthday gift and managed to walk by the 50% off YC's in the garden centre without deviating from the aisle, bought no plants either (checks forehead for a fever:rotfl:)

IN's as planned, so no naught step, Alph-H Liquid Gold, Aveda Pure Indulgence Volumising Hairspray (great - thank you T&O) and free sample of Style-Prep from the hairdresser which stocks Aveda, will buy it when I have used the sample.

The good - I passed on the LiB box. I'd love to try the Jurlique spray but the rest wasn't that interesting to me.

The bad - I had an epic FAIL in Boots two days ago. I went in to look at the Revlon pretend Chubby Sticks and the 'Red Mist' descended. I don't think it was because I had the attempted No Spend last month. I think it may be because I was really overtired (the reason I was in town was to meet a friend that I only see a couple of times a year for coffee and cake). I 'popped in' to Boots on the way back to the bus and must have been in there for an hour! It was very enjoyable (shouldn't admit that ) and I chose carefully BUT it was an absolute fail as far as the challenge goes...

Ready? (I'll be on the naughty step after this. My first time over there...)

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain (no wonder I can never remember the name :rotfl:). I bought the darkest one (Crush) and I'm really pleased with it even though it pushes my appearance towards Gothic territory

Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eye Liner
    - this has been on my wish list for ages. It lives up to all the great reviews :)

Maybelline Forever Strong Pro NV in Hot Salsa (490) and Really Rosy (202)

(Maybelline was on buy two get one free)

    Revlon Photoready Perfecting Primer
(on offer) - if this doesn't break me out or irritate my skin then I may have found an HG! :j It doesn't make my skin oily (like PoreFessional) and it makes my skin look nice just by itself (very unlikely!) Will report back on this as it's good value if it suits you (27g for £8.99)

Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in Fair (1) - so far I'm very happy with this but I want to test it more thoroughly.

I have a list of things that I've read good reviews of and this concealer pops up all the time so I'm pleased to be able to try it at last.

All I can say is that it's just as well I rarely go into a Boots... (I don't know how you all manage with temptation being there nearly all the time :o)

Oh! I forgot to add that I swatched all of the Dior Addict Extreme lippies as this is what I might be saving my Advantage Card points for. I narrowed it down to two shades (Belissima and Paparazzi) but am saving one of those for when I actually deserve a treat. (I'm glad that I held back on buying one of those).

    :T :T :T :T :T

50% off YC would have been my downfall ;)
