Hello, This is the first time that I have ever joined a chat room but your thread Superwoman has gripped me.

I too am about to embark on a final hearing for both financial and children. My x has persued me through the courts for nearly two years and I am constantly being bullied by him. However he is paying for top barristers to represent him and I am on legal aid and just trying to get by with my little children.

I have tried to get help from Cafcass and social services in relation to the case but they seem to be not helping and the longer this goes on the more power against me his is getting as I am so exhausted by all this.

I feel at the moment that the judges seem to have a pattern of access what ever reasons I bring to court for it not being suitable. How long has your case been going on? and how can you make the courts stop him pursuing me for the rest of my life what is a S91?
