DG Awww, she is absolutely beautiful!:T That's great that she likes caravanning; it's lovely to be able to take your dog away with you - I always used to take Penny-Dog, I'd find a cottage to rent that I could take her to.:o

I won't be around tomorrow, people - just thought I'd mention it, so that no-one worries.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Red Ruby I have the same problem with my Dad. He has COPD and finds it hard to eat and breath at the same time. He also finds the home food a bit bland for him. (He always liked curries and spicy food) So we bought him a table top fridge. He has his garlic, tabasco sauce etc in that! I also get him little treats like smoked salmon trimmings, and jellied eels, which he will eat.
    Anything is better than nothing.

    DG Love your new doggie!

    Hello Everyone :hello:
She says sneaking her head around the corner. Not been around for a while, blaming the new puppy, and a failed HDD which made me rebuild the laptop after repair. Here is Skye P1010587a.jpg
If I ever need to go away without her, then LW I think you would have another guest, but she has settled into caravanning OK, and sleeps as soon as we set off in the car.
Life still good at Casa DG, so ((hugs)) to all of you not in such a good place.
    Take care all. DG

    Lovely photo,:j:j

Id love a dog, But we have two cats so it would not be fair on them to bring a dog into the house now.

We have already made them put up with the twins, and then the chickens. I often think that they wonder whats going to turn up next!

Anyway good luck with your new pup
:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j

rosy red - i really need to just read forums. last week i did pretend shopping where i put it in my basket and browsed. this week a force keeps making me go to the checkout.
what other boards do you look at

Well I like doing crafty stuff so lurk on the special occasions board, especially the cardmaking and sewing threads.A lot of the people on there have homepages,so I check them out too. They often have links to other blogs and sites,so I just keep clicking sometimes :D
Debt free diaries, the pets one, sometimes the low carb thread/slimming for inspiration.I don't look at them everyday, but if I'm bored I'll click around.I always check OS everyday though.

No soapmaking for me today,DGD is coming in half an hour :j
    Donny,Skye is gorgeous :)

    Hi all

DG - SOOOO cute. Id like a dog but I think they are to much responsibility for me and I wouldnt be able to afford one anyway

Adelight - Thankyou SOOOOO much. I now have a ginger cake to take to my friends when I stop at hers for a few nights :money:

So my day so far: I have new windscreen wipers (but havnt fitted them yet...will be a challenge later) went shopping at LI*L Al*I and Mr T. When I got to the till at Mr T's the cashier commented on how little my shop cost which made me feel very proud. Overall I spent a whopping £6.73 :T. And I budgeted £15 for bedding for the Guinea pig but shopped around and got it for under £7!! dont think I will need to buy any more for him this month except fresh food. The only two things I didnt get are mushrooms and milk but will see how creative I can be. Who knows if the money is still in my purse at theh end of the month I will treat myse to a chippy:D

    will check in later

    Evening all

((((hugs)))) to all those in need
    DG - love the puppy!

Another big Olympics fan here :) Loved the gymnastics yday, and today!

Drizzly rain all day here. Work kids had organised a fun day for a local family centre which involved lots of outside games. But we changed the day around and did lots of indoor games instead and popped out for a nature trail when the rain eased. Really good day, the littl eones really enjoyed and so did the parents!

But I've gotta say I'm a bit annoyed with work. We are going through a few changes and people are getting !!!!!y and making snide/inaccurate comments about others . And then to top it all off our director bloomin well resigned yday! We are wondering what he knows that we don't :(. But we have been assured there will be no redundancies, just some job roles will change. I'm fed up of it all so have been looking at other jobs, 99% of the time I adore my job, but these last few weeks have really annoyed me.

Anyways, I have been very naughty and ordered an un OS takeaway for tea :o but it will do me a few meals so kinda OS that way! :rotfl:

OS wise - packed lunch made, dishes washed.

    Have a good night all

Quite a quiet day with the boys really, bit damp and mizzly so we watched t.v and played cards.i did a bit of knitting and fed the boys at regular intervals Day off tomorrow as DD is at home,so I can have a wee lie in (until at least 7.30 hopefully) troble is once I'm awake I have to get up i find it hard to just turn over and go back to sleep.perhaps you don't need so much sleep as you get older I know I can get by on 6 hours with no problem at all.
Hope everyone has had a good day I have one of my chicken curries from the freezer for dinner tonight which I am going to reheat and pour over a jacket spud ,nice and quick and easy. Then feet up and Holby City (Michael is gorgeous, and so is Oliver ,but my fave, Joseph sadly has left, now he really would be worth getting poorly for :):) Never ever seen handsome Drs when I was ever in the hospital though :):)
    Cheers chums
