:rotfl: :rotfl: I laugh everytime you put that Boult. It's Angel or Angie .............................not Angle ;) Afternoon hun

Edit: Just realised that sounds really critical. It wasn't meant to be. I find it funny coz I remember getting wrong at school for not knowing the difference between angle and angel - well, I was off sick that day, that was my excuse ;) I had a problem with 'enough' too. Took me ages to get that in my head :o

My DH can only spell beautiful by saying the rhyme

Big Elephants are ugly and then he remembers the rest.

When I was at school, I was taught to spell chrysanthemum by breaking it down

chrys an the mum - I still do it now.

although I still can't spell success - I have too really think about it. someone told me to think off it like 2 cups of coffee and 2 sugars. But I always get confused and forget and will say 1 cup of coffee and 2 sugars.

LOL :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I spell by saying the word too - BE A U T I FUL. Alan would always laugh at me when I was saying them out loud :o He was a great speller and was my own personal spell-checker ;):D

We have had loads of heavy downpours here, and rumbling thunder too. The rain started when I was in Asda and the roads were flooded on the way home, dragging the car to the kerb-side where the water was lying  My washing was dry before I went out ....................... it isn't now :(

    Hi all
    Hope all are well

I love this Susan, as you know I'm a rubbish poster but this so sums up how I feel about this thread.
On this thread: We share our problems. We share our fears. We share our sorrow. We share our tears. We share our hopes. We share our joy. We share our laughter. We share our advice. We share our love :A

Welcome puppywalker, you will like it here, as Iv'e said before a long time ago its a warm and fuzzy place to be.

Beanie you always say you 'don't know what to say' but you always say something and thats what counts!

SSA have a wonderful Wedding Day! Mother of the Groom! Keep dropping hints to my two but so far they are quite happy to 'commit'! I was 20 when I got married!!

Lucky Boult! Oh to be asleep until 11.30!! 6am if I'm lucky!

Aesop and JJ STOP WORKING SO HARD!! Life is too short. I think you are right Aesop this is going to be a healing thread.

Car wise Dom bought a little metallic green saxo, his insurance was getting on for £1400 which was more than the car!! I like it cos its only a 1.1 engine so not too nippy for a first car.

Have done a first today and cut the lawns, not quite as good as Nick did but they look so much better and I am proud of myself! Now I just need to learn to cook for one not an army.

Susan are your doggies ok? I just ask cos Nemo has gone quite strange, he seems to dislike me at the moment and has taken to following Dom around or sleeping in Hannahs old room. He was fine until I changed the bed linen. Do dogs grieve the same as us? Is it a smell thing?

    Take care all

eeek! are you ok? yes this is annoying me about the rain, I put clothes out and it rains, and then I have to wait for them to dry again and if they don't, have to bring them in and put them on air dryer. They take 3 days to dry!!!!

Think I'll put that 'share' thing in the first post :D

Dogs do grieve hun. Our 2 have been fine though. Like I said, Bess is so laid back, as long as she is fed, walked and gets to sleep on the bed, she doesn't care much about anything else, and Molly bonded with me as she didn't know Alan long enough. do you have some unwwashed items with Nick's smell on them? Perhaps put them in Nemo's bed?

Glad Dom got a reasonable car ;) Keep meaning to ask, do you drive hun? Has the Motability car gone back yet?

Oh, I'm fine. Been driving long enough to cope with it safely ;) If my washing gets wet, it stays out there until it is dry :o

    Hey Susan

Thats a good idea about putting something of Nicks in Nemo's bed but that would mean I have to open the wardrobe :( Am being a right !!!!! gnome and have put a chair in front of it :(

We didn't have a motobility car, Nick had a company car that I could drive, as we worked at the same place so far its been ok, but will probs have to give it back as I am not back at work yet. Also means I,m £500 down on money each month, aagh!

Just looked at my last post and it seems really upbeat, but really I feel like poo and think I am putting on a brave face.:( Really want the hurt to stop.

    Take care Susan
