the rule is 25mm for a large letter not fit though a letter box! you have really made yourself look daft now as clearly you should not be let loose on ebay if you don't understand something as simple as that.

Hello Mr Pot, you're looking a bit black!

Because i paid £3 for her to package and post the item. The quality of the packaging wasn't even worth ten pence.

So your going to leave poor feedback and trash her stars without giving her a chance to rectify this? She does not know you are unhappy, she may not have known it would only cost £1.10 to send rather than £2.20 small packet.

You paid a total price you were happy to pay, why does it matter that she started the bid at 99p and charged £3.00 postage rather than £3.00 plus 99p postage or £3.99 plus free postage?

The item has arrived safely, let her know about the postage cost and packaging and give her a chance to rectify this first before leaving feedback and damaging her stars.

I am fully aware of the 25mm measurements, i am telling you that my item fits under that category... or are you that stupid you cannot understand? I have given her a chance to rectify the situation and shall be leaving feedback that i deem appropriate. If she decides to refund me for the extra postage then i will leave her 5 stars for postage as she is clearly genuine, if she does not refund i will leave her a 1. I do not believe in dishonest dealings on ebay, if someone tries to make extra cash out of me then i will complain.

sorry but your lying now, first you say the skirt was crunched up with brown paper, then say it was a large letter so it fits through a letter box, then say is was only 25mm thick:eek:

The truth is it is impossible for such an item to be only 25mm thick, you know it and I know it but hey why let the truth get in the way of your moan.

Ok first things first, learn the difference between your and you're. The item was scrunched up with a piece of brown paper around it, the total thickness did not exceed 25mm so yes it did fit under the category of a large letter. A large letter does not need to be in an envelope, it could be in any other packaging as long as it does not exceed the measurements. If it makes you feel any better to accuse people of lying over the internet then sure, you go ahead :).

I've messaged the seller so yes i am giving her a chance to rectify the situation. i paid £3 for postage as stated a million times so i was expecting to receive a parcel that was packaged to that amount. Just because the item was cheap does not mean i want it to be sent in a shoddy manner!

:rotfl:picking up grammar and spelling mistakes is a mark of the person you are.,please don't neg me for it.

So not only is it less than 25mm thick but not in an envelope  wow the seller is very skilled if she can wrap a parcel so badly with crunched up brown paper wrapped around the skirt and still keep it less than 25mm thick, now that is a skill. I would pay £3 just to see that.

Overcharging people for postage just shows what type of person YOU are. I do not normally resort to such measures but quite frankly you seem like an idiot that likes to con extra money out of people and are unnecessarily rude. I came here to ask for helpful advice, not to be called a liar because someone is SO stupid they cannot comprehend how an item can be under 25mm.

Yes you have paid her £3.00 for postage but it makes no difference if she charged £3.99 with free postage or £3.00 plus 99p postage - you paid a total price you were happy to pay for the item. At the end of the day it has arrived safely despite the poor packaging you describe. Why waste your time for the sake of £1 when you have got a bargain and the item has arrived safely?

wow you are going to hold on to this lie for good aren't you :T
Have you any understanding of how small 25mm is? I do and so do other readers of this, you saying a skirt wrapped badly with crunched brown paper wrapped around, that is classed as a large letter because it fits through the letter box but then say no it was less then 25mm when I point out the size of a large letter is just laughable.
