Thanks, please which one would you recommend, the 5832796177 from ebay or the one from the website you recommended, they are both the same price, but none available on the uk website. I am a bit confused as they have two kinds, one you switch sim by the menu and one by switching by turning the phone off. The one from ebay seems easier to fit, I believe you put the two sims on the adapter. I need one very simple to fix and use. Thanks again.

I would reccomend the one off ebay, the 2 sims go in the adapter, then one sim goes in your sim card slot on your phone, then you put your battery in and the other sim sits on top of your battery and the phone cover fits easily back on.

I was wondering if anybody has experience of dual simm card holders? If so what should I avoid. I am looking to use a vodaphone and a mobile world simm card (so I can make cheaper calls to UAE)Any advice would be much appreciated.

Avoid any ones that require you to cut the sim. I brought one from Ebay for a couple of quid for my Nokia 7250i, and it just involved putting in the sim cards and inserting the connector where the Sim usually goes in. It's great and to switch networks, just enter *3370#.

According to this place they do but I've never tested one with 3g yet.

And the ones on ebay say they work with most 3g sims.

Please, which one did you buy off ebay. There are so many, just bought one as recommended but a bit expensive at £6, saw them on ebay for £4. Did not buy in case they do not work. The one I bought, have to power on & off fr 3 secs. Do I understand if I enter *3370#, it will switch networks? Also, will it indicate on the menu which sim I am using. Am interested to know if you can buy for a couple of quids? Could buy more for the children as well? Thanks.

I'm the man when it comes to twin sims don't pay >£4 for one. And also try not to get the one that you have to cut.

But ebay is your best bet - don't go for M-99 guy, I had problems with them. I bought on and it never worked I sent millions of emails and not a single response.

I have bought this one and can safely say that this works with THREE simcards - however it as problems if the simcards are not of the same architecture. But thats onyl with 3.

Some 3g sims do not work with the dual sim holders so its a bit hit and miss, also the ones on ebay for the k610i require you to trim the simcard which can be tricky to do.
  • Hi ,
Has anyone used the dual sim adapters so that you can use 2 sims in the same phone? User reviews will be of great help to me as I have 2 sims and don't want to carry 2 mobiles with me all the time.
    Thanks
