Oh man this thread made my laugh! :rotfl:
Aside from the other obvious hysterical side issues going on here, it seems to me, YES, she is most likely very pregnant ineed. Congrats in advance! Please let us know0 -

It can't be as bad as me asking a customer when she's due when she wasn't even pregnant lol. I still can't look her in the eye 12 months later
Steph xx
I got asked at a party on the weekend. I'm not pregnant - its a floaty top!!! Which I am never ever wearing again!!!
Still had to neck a whole bottle of champers to prove it to the dim cow though. :rotfl:Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

I must admit though she had a very thick dressing gown on done up I hadn't seen her for about 6 months she looked about 6 months pregnant so I put 2 + 2 together
I wouldn't dare ask anyone again unless I know for sure lol

Jumping to the miscarriage conclusion without a lot of other information about her medical history is a bit alarmist.
Also, just the fact that someone takes folic acid doesn't mean they are pregnant. A lot of women don't wait until they know they are pregnant to take folic acid as studies have shown that taking it for up to a year prior to getting pregnant reduces some risks of pregnancy. (I take folic acid and don't expect to be TTC/pregnant for quite some time yet)
I only know of that reason to take that large a dose of it.
And you cannot buy it in that dosage.
So yes people do take it before getting pg but not at that dosage.
Any links to info on taking it at that dosage for the things you mentioned? Would be interesting to find out more. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

So you told her that you didn't want a baby, but really you did??
So, is she pregnant? - possibly.
Is she psychic? - NO!!!!
Tell her you got freaked out, but really you do want to have a family, then see what she says. GeezDo good deeds and you could raise the curtain, do good deeds and you could really raise your life....0 -

You may only know one reason but that doesn't mean that there aren't others and as I said jumping to the 'she's had miscarriages and she's pregnant again and afraid' conclusion without full information isn't helpful.

In Canada (where I am from) women who meet particular criteria are given the higher dose for up to three months prior to trying to conceive as well...I'm not familiar with the NICE guidelines on this though so don't know if it happens here as well.
