You'd have to drink the wine first! ::)
I've heard that a magnet is supposed to work as well.0 -
in the bed. like the cork one best, any excuse for a drink. :-[0
-
sorry, meant does magnet go in the bed?0
-
I think so, but you can get a magnet on a strap which you can put around your wrist or ankle. Trouble is I think they cost quite a bit (mostly one of these money making business from home sort of thingies). Don't see why you couldn't put an ordinary magnet in the bed and see what happens
. Might be a bit lumpy though ??? 0 -
had cork in bed last night and magnet, no cramp all night. oh had couple of gin and tonics too to be on the safe side. ;D ;D0

Oddly enough someone explained the cork idea to me yesterday! If you live in an area with a lot of granite around the natural radition causes cramp!!?
Corks apparently absorb the natural radiation from granite!!
