After coming on here and reading how determined you people are i've decided to put my foot down and kick some financial !!!!!

I wrote to the Halifax back in April and have now been fobbed off enough. I'm in the process of writing the letter stating that i will take them to court. In the template letter i have it says i have to state which court i'm taking them too and i'm not sure? Lol.

    Cheers

You can leave that as 'local court' or go here to find your local court address:

Good luck with your claim :)

Whichever one you claim is being handled by. The address should be on your court papers. It will be either MCOL's local county court, Northampton, or your local county court.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
