What court for LBA

In the "letter before action" where it suggests you put in the name of your local court, you can either leave this bit out of the letter or put in the name of your local court.

To find your local court in England and Wales look here...

    hi,
Can somebody please help? Think this might be a silly question but will ask anyway. Am now at stage 4. It asks for the name of the court. Do I just put the name of the nearest county court?

    Thanks

I am on stage four - tell them I'll be taking them to court if they don't send me money within 14 days. There is a section there about court - is it simply a matter of finding my local small claims court and putting the name in?

    Sorry to be dim.

    Hi all,

I'm in the process of trying to claim back over £3000 from NatWest. They have not responded in the 14 days (apparently a common issue with Natwest!), so I'm now sending the second letter threatening to take them to court. The only issue is that I don't know which court to name. Can anyone help? Is it the court closest to me or them?

    Thank you in advance!!!

Doesn't matter. Just say "the court will rule in my favour".
