    personaly I would not eat chicken if it had the slightest smell at all even if in date, my hubby laughs at me as I always smell chicken lol
    TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T

    chicken imo has an odd smell about it but if it was off you would be able to smell just from slightly opening the wrapping of it

    Hi

    Just found some turkish delight which says eat before sometime in 2006 (it's in greek) will it still be ok to eat?

    just before i throw it away, thought i would check!

    i wouldnt risk it this far out of date not worth it if it makes you ill

    I'd eat it.
    If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

    Try this: put a spoonful of yeast and a spoonful of sugar, plus some warm water into a cup. Stir well and leave in a warm place. After30 minutes if you haqve no frothy head it's past it ;)
