Maybe in these situations it might be a good idea to just get your phone out and start filming, the prospect of humiliating themselves on youtube might be enough to get scum like these to think again.
there were plenty of people staring with phones out, i dont own a tracking device!0 -
both of them stories sum up the UK perfectly, lol.
There's a few good people still out there, but generally it's a cesspit0 -
I woul have sat there laughing at the woman saying i would move out of her
way but she is in my way so i cant move.
Just point to where she is or the other side of her and say you want to go there.
Or turn the radio up really loud, GRIN and wind the window up.
Something classical seems work best.

As long as you weren't taking up two spaces, I don't see what her issue was......“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Heard a story not long ago,
Young fit lad in an expensive sports car, Elderly lady in a small mercedes, both spotted a car park at the same time and both headed for it.
Young lad got in first, jumped out and said smugly 'that's what you can do when youre young and fit missus'
Elderly lady just looked at him, revved her car up and crashed into him, time and time again, he stood there dumb struck, she got out of the car and said 'young man, that's what you can do when you're rich..................make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

If you'd been watching the Olympic Opening Ceremony rather than posting garbage on here you'd realise just how wrong you are.
This is a great country. If you believe you're living in a cesspit then move somewhere "cleaner".Can I help?0 -
The only issue I have with this is that you now add another demeanour by someone else into the equation. Get my thinking?
These things happen but rarely, if they happen often you need to widen your reasoning, ie, why does it only happen to me???I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -

I take up two spaces regularly with the supermarkets permission because I drive an adapted car which has a ramp that comes out of the side to allow me to drive my powerchair out of the car, supermarkets are very understanding in my experiance and I have never had a "parking charge notice" issued by them.0 -
You see, if I had been taking up two parking spaces, parked incorrectly or blocking someone in or from getting out, I would of been more than happy to move or do whatever needed to ease the situation. But that wasn't the case.
The woman was driving a massive van, which in truth would of needed at least 3 cars spaces to fit in. Thats fine, but don't make life a nightmare for those that park 'average' sized cars!
Anyway, I'm over it. Thanks for giving me some chuckles!0 -

Parked up ready to go and get a take away. Reasonably busy road, and one parking space I could fit into. So in I go. Go and buy the take away. I get in the car and my partner walks off to the shop to get some drinks. All of a sudden, a van pulls up right close next to the passenger side with this woman beeping her horn like mad. I let my widow down and asked her what was wrong (I had been sat in the car maybe 1 minute at this point!)
She said 'you need to move, there's not enough room for my van to fit in here'
I bit my tongue, and calmly said that I would be a few more minutes as my partner had just nipped in the shop. Why should I have to drive around the block so she can park?!
She then swore and verbally abused me calling me various names. Still so close to my car.
I was sat waiting and said 'I don't want to talk to you anymore!' and would my window up. I really didn't want to get in a phblic argument with this vile woman.
She continued to beep, and I just ignored her. While waiting, a car in front of me moved out. She could of fit in there. She then proceeded to hold her horn down!! I opened my window and pointed out the space that was now available.
I may aswell of spat in her face! She was screaming at me to move forward and get out of the way like a banshee swearing at me. I must admit, I gave a bit of gob back at this point. I was fuming that someone thought they could bully me like that!!
My partner arrived back and got in the car, to which she said some further abusive comments. He then just said 'ignore her... Let's go!' and I drove off.
I had to come back around the other side of the road, and she just sat in her van staring at me.
I'm just reaching the end of my patience with these 'this is MY road drivers'
I've found myself becoming more selfish too, as I'm getting to a point where if nobody else is flippin' considerate, why should I be! I am trying though.
Today I saw a 20ish yr old lad in a blue MG ZR push into a funeral precession and beep to make them get out of the way!!
What would you of done in this situation? I'm aware that they could just get out and beat me up. Not everyone's just all mouth, but I've never been so close to totally losing it before! She was just so rude!!
I would of sat in the car eating my takeaway looking at her as entertainment0
