Who is that person who said 'You make your own luck' - What a complete pile of ........!

Well today's luck has brought me the following news;

When our schemes get audited in September none YES NONE of the schemes developed by anyone in our office will be included...we will not be audited...oh hang on a minute...apart from the one that is your responsibility Butti...the one that was developed before you even started in your job and filed (thrown randomly in a file) by the teflon coated stunning person in the job before you, the one who has an Audi A4 convertable as a company car.

Maybe my role in life at the moment is to absorb other folks misfortune!

Could be worse I guess...some people are archiving stuff ready for the office move next week without a system in place or boxes to put the stuff in and the bloke organising it is on holiday till Tuesday....oh and we move out of the offices by mid Friday. Things could be worse. All I need is one plastic box and my car!

So....
today I will start painting a wall. Well, wire brush it first and then paint it I think. It's just a little one.

Also need to do some gardening while I am up and that is about it.

Have had a look at the estate agents report and it seems to show

• I get lower traffic than their average because people are looking for cheaper houses
• When my house does appear on a list I have a higher than average level of clicks to see more details.

This seems to be alright to me. We need to highlight the lack of chain and the main features and maybe reorder the photo's to support those main features - light, space, storage, car parking. These are the main features.

...and he needs to check for typo's like motgages!!!

In my head he's got another month and in the meantime I may get another estate agent round (and read the guide on here about selling your house) Hardly the right way round is it? :rotfl:

Contemplating coming up to the west side of Bonnie Scotland to see some friends (you know who you are!) and work a beer festival next month. Need to look at the sums and my 'car repairs' buffer fund.
